Buffy intro question - stake twirl?

In later seasons of BTVS the intro montage features a shot of Buffy
twirling a stake in her hand, like a cheerleader twirling a baton.

Is this image taken from an episode or is it specific to the intro?

I think it's from "The Freshmen", just before she stakes Sunday.

I'm not sure what ep it comes from, but most if not all of the clips from
the title sequence are from aired episodes.

Don did a great job of identifing all the montage clips. Search this
group for "Don Sample Opening Credits Clip" and you'll find them.

But yes, the spinning stake is from The Freshman.
